Architect

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN



  • Preferreably with Hotel Building Construction background
  • Timely and thoughtfully execute design related activities – including, without limitation, concept creation, development of details and specifications, materials research and sample procurement, and preparation and revision of design and construction documents (e.g., conceptual drawings, schematics, floorplans, storefront elevations, and 3D renderings). 
  • Advise Senior Project Manager on the resolution of problems submitted from the field, and make recommendations on change orders, time extensions, cost increases, and similar contractual matters
  • Meet all design-related milestones in the project schedule. 
  • Maintain documentation to demonstrate progress and completion of all phases of work.
  • Maintain understanding Hotel design landscape.  
  • Working knowledge of Hotel building codes, standards, Hotel building construction, and Hotel building structures.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.


Quality Surveyor

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN



  • Recording and monitoring of all site activities and costs being expended on the project
  • Preparation and summaries of all measured works
  • Maintain a schedule of submissions and responses, for approvals, inspections, variations, etc
  • Prepare take offs from drawings and compare with site measurements
  • Reconciliation of materials and works executed during the month
  • Preparation of Sub Contractors payments and recording / monitoring of all site works
  • Preparation of Contractor reports in conjunction with PM and site team
  • Maintain all QS documents and logs / registers applicable
  • Co-ordinate with all company departments as required for the execution of the Project
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
