Maintenance Supervisor
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensuring preventive maintenance programs are planned and performed accordingly.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance as per scheduling
- Together with production supervisor to investigate for any machine breakdown.
- Repair machines, Identify machine problem and suggest to engage maintenance service provider if internal cannot repair
- Will be act as facilities maintenance
Requirements :
- Strong Leadership & Good Personality
- Minimum D3/S1 Mechanical Engineering.
- Fluent in English, spoken & written; Good Computer Literate
- Minimum 2 years Experience in same position (Experience From Paper Manufacture will be strong point)
- Having experience trouble shooting dan maintenance machine flexo
- Good management Skill, Analitycal, Initiative, Strong Leadership & able to work with competitive environment.
