Our client is a Japanese company, has doing business in Indonesia more than 40 years. The core business is compact diesel engine related machines, such as single cylinder horizontal engine and agricultural equipment, etc. Also exports its products to various countries including, Asia Pacific, Africa, Americas and doubled its business in recent 5 years with agricultural machinery business.
Currently they are looking for a suitable candidate as Sales Marketing Engineer in Lampung Branch office (head office in Depok) with details as follow
Job Description:
- Introducing product, collect order and providing good customer service to existing and potential customers
- Develop and maintain business relationship with customers and create new customers
- Manage service related to product quality
- Able to analyze market and analysis report
- Able to read technical drawings and arrange product promotion
- Identify and resolve customer complaints together with related department
- Must be able to communicate clearly with new products demand according to customer desires
- Report to Marketing Manager
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): technical skill on agricultural machine, market analysis, customer orientation, technical drawing reading, customer handling, Communication Skill, driving licenses (SIM A & C) required, Microsoft Office.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
- Willing to work in LAMPUNG area
- Full-Time position(s) available.
