Assistant Purchasing
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Assistant Purchasing is responsible to work with suppliers of materials, equipment and services to ensure the smooth operation of the factory. She is responsible to negotiate for the best price, shortest lead time and lowest minimum order quantity
- Practice Good Order Administration
- Process scrap disposal sale to vendor and apply for legal chemical disposition
- Update and maintain ISO procedures
- Source for best price, shortest lead times and minimum order quantities
- Ensure that vendors confirm receipt of Purchase Orders and commit delivery dates to our required dates for part availability
- Ensure that all the indirect materials that need to sub-out must follow procedure. While materials bring out, must have the Delivery Note of it
- Prepare Monthly Purchase Material report
Requirements :
- At least 1 Year Experience on purchasing.
- Minimum High school level or diploma
- Able to work independently & team work
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Indonesia
Maintenance Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Maintaining and servicing all machineries such like Injection molding machine, Generator, Air compressor, Cooling tower, Spray painting machine.
- Able to provide guidance to maintenance dept. member in conducting and performing their work, and have the ability to lead and improve effectiveness and efficiency within the dept.
- Responsible for facilities, maintenance, and smooth running of all equipment.
- Prepare and implement Total Preventive maintenance service schedule and procedure.
- New project, Vendor selection, Analyzing price, Advise management about technical information involving in new projects.
- Involved in recommending major capital purchase like new machine and Equipment.
- Prepare factory layouts and Emergency Escape Routes.
- Establish and maintain good safety equipment tool like fire extinguishers, hose reels and water tanks.
- Attend to machine breakdowns and make carry out repairs.
- Involve in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and Equipment.
- Ensure compliance to ISO 9001/ ISO 14000 / ISO 13485, Chemical Substance Control and Green Manufacturing Program.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly maintenance work for different equipment and machines in the factory.
Requirements:
- To succeed in this job role, the incumbent should possess:
- Degree or Diploma holder from recognized institution.
- Possessing high or low voltage and electrical insulation certificate - Advantages.
- 3 to 5 years experience in Plastic injection molding maintenance division.

Molding Technician
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Provide technical support for molding operation ( set up and set down mold as per-needed, trouble shooting of molding machine, daily cleaning of mold surface, attend and reset machine alarm, etc )
- Able to set molding machine parameter and ensure the parameters which are set are able to meet specific quality, cycle time, yield and efficiency target
- Work in collaboration with production operator and QC inspector to provide technical support
- Communicate effectively at all levels to feedback results, issues and to resolve problems. It is important that technical issues are resolved quickly and that customer queries are responded to in a timely fashion
- Ensure good house-keeping & practice 5’S in the production floor
Requirements :
- Diploma or high school in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience preferably in the plastic injection molding
- Familiar with molding machine and process, and has the skill and ability to set and establish molding parameters
- Self starter and able to work independently and team work
- Able to communicate in English is advantage and Indonesia language is a must
