Position : Accounts Manager (Stationed in Batam)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain full set of Accounting records
- Prepare monthly/yearly consolidated financial statements, Forecast, Budget
- Prepare Product Cost Sheet, Machine Hour Rate & Transfer Pricing
- Manage inventory and prepare monthly inventory report
- Establish Fixed Assets Control and maintain its register
- Liaise implementation of ERP
- Timely submission of all government report
- Other job as assigned by the superior
- Prepare month-end reconciliations and analysis of general ledger accounts, expenses and development expenditure.
- Maintain good records of accounting entries
- Manage and control the monthly cash flow to ensure it is within the amount set for monthly rolling.
Requirements:
- To succeed in this job role, the incumbent should possess:
- Must possess at least a professional certificate or Degree in Accountancy
- At least 5 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Strong communications skills.
- Must be able to handle full set of accounts.
- Should posses the skill to work both in team and also perform independently
- Able to work under pressure and long hours if required.
