INVENTORY MANAGEMENT OFFICER

Duties and responsibilities


  • Responsible for receiving and issuing of material and goods from the warehouse with monitoring the its movement
  • Implementing the FIFO system in the management of goods in the warehouse
  • Inform the Purchasing of any discrepancies found with goods received from vendors
  • Keeping a close eye on the movement of goods from in and out of the warehouse
  • Maintains the stock records with checking its supply and usage with references to the Job Order
  • Work with the production operations on WIP goods (material, components, etc) that are residing on the shop floor
  • Following the completion of job order, to check with the respective production operations on the returning of goods over issued (due to standard goods packing reason)
  • Work with the Planner on the usage and movement of goods from the warehouse
  • To monitor usage of stock issued from warehouse and work with production operations on any usage of stocks
  • Oversee the arrangement of goods in the warehouse ensuring an orderly stock location system for ease of stock retrieval
  • Ensures that the goods stay physically protected in the warehouse
  • To undertake the function of stock taking and maintain inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances if any
  • Oversees the cycle counting programs for the warehouse
  • Monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels, ensuring quantities that appear in the system are accurate
  • Develops, maintains, and adopts the best operational procedures and practices for inventory control


Qualifications


  • Minimum educational requirement of a certificate in Inventory Management or Warehouse Management
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in similar position of Warehouse Supervisor in a manufacturing environment
  • Good written can oral communication skills in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office


TOOL-ROOM SUPERVISOR

Duties and responsibilities


  • Supervise a team of toolmakers, machinists and technicians in tool making and repair work
  • Work with the Designer and Engineering team in prototype tool testing and sample production
  • Coordinate all sample runs with Project Management and Production department (tool availability, material, machine)
  • Participate in tooling troubleshooting with the Production team ensuring that the tooling perform optimally during production run
  • Liaise with Purchasing and vendors on order for raw materials and spares related to Tooling
  • Assist the Tool-room Director in the management of Tooling spare parts inventory in the Tool-room
  • Support the Tool-room in the development and maintenance of tooling history documentation and records
  • Coordinate with the vendors on the outside tooling services (hardening, welding, etc.)
  • Work with the Production team on the Preventive Maintenance of tooling
  • Key interface with molding and secondary departments for tooling/fixture issues
  • Reduce unnecessary production interruptions and continually improved performance of both machinery and personnel.
  • Provide technical training and guidance for machinists, technicians and junior toolmaker in the Tool-room
  • Administers yearly performance appraisals for the Tool-room personnel under his care
  • Promote safety practices in the Tool-room with enforcing appropriate measures and behavior


Qualifications


  • Minimum 5 years working experience in similar position of Tool-room Supervisor
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in managing a team of machinists, technicians and tool-makers
  • Proficient with EDM, Lathes, CNC Mills and surface grinders
  • Able to read blue print and is familiar with the Geometric Tolerancing and Dimensioning
  • Proficient with Solidworks or AutoCAD will be good though not essential
  • Ability to work as a team member with a diverse group of people
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Safety and Quality oriented
  • Good working knowledge of Plastic Injection Mold and Processes


PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR ( MOLDING )

Roles and Responsibilities


  • The position reports directly to the Factory Manager with the following roles and responsibilities.
  • Lead a small team in the Batam Factory for the production of quality disposal medical devices.  As a direct supervisor, manage and guide the team’s activities, provide on-the-job training as necessary and motivate high performance.
  • Responsible for the management of output including productivity / cycle time, yield loss control and optimum material usage.
  • Responsible for the efficient production of medical products including:
  • Troubleshoot and adjust moulding parameters to maintain quality and maximum product output
  • Work with Toolroom on issues relating to tooling’s effect on output and quality
  • Lead a small team of people and execute daily production tasks, work scheduling, training, maintenance and continuous improvement
  • Problem-solving and develop corrective actions for customer issues or to initiate continuous improvement
  • Liaise with the Planner, Purchasing and other departments on order scheduling and inventory build
  • Lead in Production Planning or Work Scheduling with the objective of meeting delivery requirements
  • Coordinate tooling and equipment availability, repair and maintenance 
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintain a safe work environment within the moulding department
  • Participate in quality problems resolution by providing technical moulding knowledge solution or advice
  • Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to Company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices
  • Coordinate with in house personnel and/or outside machine vendors regarding machine maintenance and repair
  • Continuous improvement. Actively work with QA to implement on-going improvementactions to enhance the production processes.
  • Ensure the practices of the moulding department are in compliance with the  ISO requirements and customers’ requirements


Qualifications:                     


  • Degree or Diploma or Higher Nitec in Engineering and have at least 5 years of working experience in Plastic Injection or Tooling.
  • Previous Medical Industry experience will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in English
  • Ability to speak in Bahasa Indonesian an advantage
  • Proficient in MS office


PROJECT MANAGER

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN


  • Manage and develop plans related to New Product Launches and New Project works  
  • Lead and manage multiple new projects and product launches at any time
  • Establish project timeline and coordinate with appropriate and respective personnel/department achieving all key project deliverables and milestones
  • Collaborate with cross functional groups such as QA, Production, Process Engineering, Purchasing, Store and any other affected department in developing appropriate milestones and resource required
  • Organize regular New Project review meetings to ensure projects are on track
  • Lead in addressing all related New Project management issues to ensure no delay in the progress of the project; resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely manner
  • Keeps cross functional team that is involved in the New Project team well informed of changes
  • Lead in Risk Management of New Project in areas such as DFMEA, PFMEA and PMP
  • Manage the Validation of Machine and Tooling with providing leadership in the IQ/OQ/PQ and Mold Validation test
  • Work with Process Engineering and QA Department in the Process Qualification for the New Project
  • Liaise with Document Control on the control of part and product drawings, protocols, operational standards, inspection standards ensuring that the New Project is properly supported with the appropriate version and revision of the document
  • Provide periodic reports on status, schedule progress and performance of the New Project to Management and/or party of higher authority as required
  • Ensure proper document and records are prepared with meeting the requirements of the new project, customer and regulatory bodies concerned.
  • Ensure New Project are properly closed before handing them to Operations (Factory) for mass production works
  • Review deliverables such as reports and samples prepared by team and ensuring that they are proper before submitting to customer or regulatory bodies for examination or approval
  • Work with the cross functional team member concerned to develop appropriate test and inspection method to ascertain the quality and reliability of the part and product related to the New Project
  • Demonstrate good general understanding of machine and equipment capabilities, process capabilities, material properties of part and product related to New Project or Product


Qualifications


  • Minimum a Higher Nitec in Engineering and have at least 5 years of working experience as a Project Manager in a Manufacturing company
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in managing cross functional team
  • Working experience in a Medical Industry company will be an added advantage
  • Ability to speak in Bahasa Indonesian will be an advantage
  • Good working knowledge of Mechanical Engineering
  • Good written can oral communication skills in English
  • Proficient in MS office
