Title : SALES EXECUTIVE
Job Descriptions:
- Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, copying).
- Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., Reservation forms, proposals, or contracts).
- Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
- Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials).
- Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process.
- Answer guest questions about facilities/services (e.g. destinations, hours of operation, rates, packages, promotions).
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Male/ Female, max. 30 years old
- Familiar working with Computer (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Good communication, Highly motivated, and team work oriented
- Good command of English and Indonesian, both written and oral (Mandarin is an advantage)
- Min SMU/ Diploma
- Professional Experience minimum 2 years
- Requires a strong Pro-active Sales Executive.
- Able to drive a car/motorbike
