Industrial Quality Leader
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Interface with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to address product quality issues:
o Compile and conduct defects analyses of the quality issues.
o Document and monitor the action plans and timeline to address and close the issues.
o Evaluate the effectiveness of the corrective actions vis-à-vis Product Return Rate, Manufacturing Defect Rate, etc.
• Perform document control, and prepare performance indices and reports:Ensure the SAP system contains accurate and verifiable information such as BOM, pricing, sales information, stock level, forecasting information, vendor listing.
o Prepare and submit Quality KPIs into the SAP system.
o Periodically analyze each KPI, present and update in SAP the findings related to root causes, action plans, timelines, and trend of occurrence.
o Compile and present supplier data and performance in terms of delivery timeliness, accuracy, product quality, stock level, lead time, etc, and ensure the corrective actions are carried out effectively with improvements of our product quality.
. Familiar to use quality tool 8D, PFMEA etc
• Ensure our Schneider Production System’s toolkit/ database is updated and properly implemented
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Industrial Engineering.
- At least 5 years of relevant experiences in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Electrical/ Electronics/ Assembly/ especially on PCBA both process and Quality.
- Candidates with SAP experiences will be advantageous.
- Demonstrated capability to multi-task, set priorities and drive outcomes on timely basis
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment, which includes working with teams at overseas locations.
- Change management advocate with strong leadership and ability to follow-up for closure.
- Hands-on experiences with Microsoft applications to prepare reports, create pareto and related charts, handle spreadsheets and formulae, etc.
- Customer service and quality oriented
- Good written and spoken English.
- Must be willing to be based in Batam.
