Hotel Manager
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Ensure service quality and guest satisfactions
- Provide effective leadership to all hotel team members
- Work in conjuction with the Managing Directir in developing the Hotel
- Monitor hotel's performance
Qualifications:
- Maximum 45 years
- Minimum Level of education D3
- Discipline, Honesty, Dedication, Loyalty and good spirited leader
- Having minimum of 5 years experience in Managerial Level especially in business such as food and beverage/hospitality industry/Consumer Goods/Retail and experience work in Hotel, Bali
- Target and customer satisfaction oriented
- Able to communicater with many respectful parties
- Excellent comunication and presentation skills
- Excellent marketing and business development skills
- Mastering in marketing operational
- Should be highly motivated and self driven with strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Strong leadership, decision making, and interpersonal skill
- Mastering various skills such as managerial, leadership, hospitality and interpersonal
- A profesional manner and calm, rational approach in hectic situations
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Able to work and perform under pressure
- Able to work in Bali
