An established, market leading Nursing, Social Work and Allied Healthcare recruitment agency, placing professionals within public and private organisations throughout the UK is currently in growth mode and looking to fill a number of roles:• Recruitment Consultants - 360 role involving sourcing good Qualified Social Workers, maintaining contractor relationships, developing client relationships. Must be strong communicators - healthcare knowledge is preferred but not essential. You will inherit warm desks.
• Executive Consultant - to grow the Executive side of the Social Care business by placing Heads of and Director level roles. Must have Executive experience. Business development skills essential. Strong written and verbal communication.
• Candidate Care Consultants. This is an entry level role. My client is developing this team to solely look after their contractors. Speaking to the contractors on a regular basis, chasing up time sheets, listening to complaints and extracting information that may lead to other opportunity`s. This role with have a natural progression through to a 360 Consultants role.
