The Job
- Spa Manager is responsible to ensure "top class" day-to-day operations of a "high end, luxury" health or beauty spas.
- Creates a team of service providers to meet all aspects of professionalism and service demands.
- Maintains a fully staffed facility by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training all staff, to deliver high level of service standard.
- Provides excellent customer service and monitors guest feedback. Supervises and follows up on guest requests and comments.
- Creates and implements an effective marketing and public relations strategy in a timely manner.
- Ensures that the spa is successfully positioned within the respective marketplace by completing a competitive analysis and determining strengths and weaknesses of all significant competitors.
- Sales Oriented: assist in the development and penetration of sales.
The Requirements
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience with luxury high-end establishment.
- Proven track records in developing new business focusing on high end segmentation and client retention initiatives.
- Good understanding of marketing products and services and capable to design and implement marketing plans for high-end luxury market.
- Savvy with the best recruitment approach in getting the "cream de la cream" of Spa Therapist.
- Has the passion to drive the spa business and operations activities.
- Training or licensure in different types of massage, cosmetology and different types of beauty treatments.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks.
- Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Desaru. (Accommodation is provided).
