IS Team Leader (SAP) - JakartaThe Information Services Solution Delivery & Management (ISDM) 

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with internal customers, PMI stakeholders and vendors to deliver SAP related support activities or projects
• Assess change requests in terms of impact, complexity, and business value and validate the requests with Process Governance
• Create functional specification documents based on business requirements and ensure requirements are well understood by developers
• Coordinate with the development team to validate the development, support user testing and prepare related deployment activities
• Day-to-day SAP support, ensuring that system related issues and queries are timely resolved
• Desired Skills and Experience
• Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree (S1) in all major
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in related areas
• Experience in leading team and first level support is an advantage
• Interest in technical area
• Good knowledge on SAP is a must
• Fluent in English, both oral & written
• Excellent communication skills
• High learning agility
• Customer oriented and drive for result
• Consultant background is preferable
• Having Asia language skill (Korea, Japan, Viet, Thai) is an advantage
