Core Network Engineer
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Responsible to plan, implement, integrate, migrate, and perform acceptance test for Core network areas including CS, PS/EPC, IMS, VoLTE, VoWiFi, VoBB, HLR, STP, PCRF, NFV, IoT.
- To analyze network performance, resolve complex network problem, and optimize network architecture.
- As technical point of contact for engineering team, customer, and vendor.
- To engage directly with marketing team, project team, and customer for the purpose of promoting and delivering strategic services.
- Lead or be part of global technical delivery team. Supervise team in technical related matter.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science / Engineering / or other related technical discipline.
- Preferably with 5 years or above of relevant working experience.
- Possess skill in any of the following area: CS Core, PS Core, HLR, IMS, VoLTE/VOBB/VoWiFi, PCRF. Knowledge in IP is an added advantages.
- Candidate with NFV cloud solution experience is highly encourage to apply.
- Able to work in fast pace working environment. Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service oriented and good presentation skill.
- Willingness to accept frequent travelling assignments abroad.
Network Product Engineer
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Responsible for FBB/MBB network design and planning, implementation, integration, migration of Network Product – Datacom IP, Microwave transmission network or Optical transmission network.
- To lead or be part of global technical delivery team. Supervise team in Network Product related matter.
- To analyze network performance, resolve complex network problem, optimize network architecture, and perform acceptance test as part of project deliverables.
- To liaise with R&D, local engineering team, customer, and vendor for complex technical problems.
- To engage directly with marketing team, project team, and customer for the purpose of promoting and delivering strategic services.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science / Engineering / or other related technical discipline.
- Preferably 5 years or above relevant working experience.
- Possess skill in any or combination of the following areas: Routing and Switching, IP MPLS, Firewall, MW transmission and planning, DWDM.
- Multi vendor product networking experience (with Cisco CCIE SP or CCIE R&S, Juniper(JNCIP/JNCIE) or Alcatel certification) is an advantage for Datacom Engineer position.
- Able to work in fast pace working environment. Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service oriented and good presentation skill
- Willing to travel to overseas frequently.
RF Engineer
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- To support Radio network planning & optimization projects of GSM / CDMA2000+EVDO / UMTS+HSPA / WiMAX / LTE
- To provide: Radio Coverage & Capacity Dimensioning, EF planning and Optimization, E2E optimizarion (KPIs), performance monitoring, Site engineering, Network audit, etc
- To support performance KPI negotiating with operators before or during project implementation
- To take part in the Preliminary or final radio performance acceptance procedure for worldwide project
- To communicate with the high level customer, Project Manager, RF Manager, CTO, CEO etc
- To write guidelines for radio network planning & optimization projects
- Assist PM with RF team organization setup, resource planning and rasks allocation; to setup RF processes and supervise project RF part, ensure the network performance complies with contract
Requirement
- Bachelor degree or above majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical or related area
- At least 3 years of RF planning & optimization engineering experience
- Familiar / excellent in the fundamentals of GSM, CDMA2000+EVDO, UMTS+HSPA, WiMAX or LTE systems
- Familiar with / excellent in multi vendors’ wireless equipment operation and wireless network optimization
- Experience in appointed as a Team Leader of RNP & RNO Projects, familiar with Technical Management and Project Management
- Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills
- Tools experience for RF planning, propagation models, RF optimization, protocol analysis, etc
- Able to work in fast paced working environment
- Proficiency in English language and good writing skills are essential
- Able to communicate in Mandarin will be advantage
- Able to travel overseas for business trip will be advantage
Wireless Network Engineer
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Responsible for design and implement the technical solution for Wireless products (LTE/UMTS/GSM). Provide technical support for project delivery and help obtain the PAC.
- To analyze network performance, resolve complex network problem, and optimize network architecture.
- As technical point of contact, e.g. engineering team, customer, and vendor.
- To engage directly with marketing team, project team, and customer for the purpose of promoting and delivering strategic services.
- Lead or be part of global technical delivery team. Supervise team in technical related matter.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science / Engineering / or other related technical discipline.
- Preferably with 3 year or above working experience in project implementation for 2G/3G/4G networks.
- Possess skill in any of the following RAN product: (BSC/RNC and NodeB/eNodeB)
- Multi vendor product network experience is an added advantage.
- Able to work in fast pace working environment. Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service oriented and good presentation skill.
- Willing to travel to overseas frequently.
