Finance & Accounting Manager

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN


  • Providing and interpreting financial information
  • Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
  • Analysing change and advising accordingly
  • Formulating strategic and long-term business plans
  • Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance
  • Analysing competitors and market trends
  • Developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk
  • Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
  • Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
  • Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
  • Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations
  • Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
  • Managing budgets
  • Arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities
  • Supervising staff
  • Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation


Qualifications:


  • Maximum age 40 years old
  • S1 degree in Accounting/Finance from a reputable university, with minimum GPA of 2,75
  • Candidate should be qualified CPAs with at last 8 years of experience in Finance and 3 years in Managerial Level, preferably in Property & Hotel Industry
  • Good knowledge in Banking Facility & Equity Funding
  • Excellent on cash flow management controller
  • Detail oriented, strong English skills, hands-on & solution-oriented approach, strong commercial approach and good in analytical and computer skill
  • Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
  • Able to manage people in the team
  • Able to handle all Finance business process
  • Physically & mentally healty
