SENIOR SOFTWARE TEST ANALYST
The key responsibilities are:
• Write structured test plans, specifications, and test strategy.• Plan test cycles, timeline and resource allocation for each test cycle.
• Mentor staff and contribute to growth within practice, having the skills to work collaboratively with business representatives and development team members
• Contribute to the Testing Methodology by adding and update DGIT internal WIKI.
• Lead a testing project and ensure Software is delivered with an excellent quality.
• Work closely with the project BA’s and ensure requirements/user stories are clearly understood.
• Establish excellent communications channels with BA, development/technical staff and PM to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Establish excellent communications channels with end-users.
• Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization.
• Compile the test result in the test summary report and ensure test summary is kept up to date.
• Work independently and be self-sufficient
• Be flexible and responsive to fulfilling other duties as required.
• Providing support to client during execution of UAT and BRT.
• Providing ongoing support to the client once Software is release in to Production including HelpDesk Support
Qualifications:
• Must be fluent in English communication• Experience of writing test cases and executing test cases within test cycles
• Experience of designing test plan and test strategy
• Experience of managing UAT cycles
• Experience of mentoring junior staffs and leading testing projects
