Customer Service and Inside Sales
Responsibilities:
- Process new orders and following up
- Handle customer complaints and requests
- Find new customers
- Evaluate and improve incoming orders
- Suggest and do action with regards to operational activities, from receipt of order up to the shipment
- Solve the technical problems faced by Customers and prevent any operational impact due to our products
- Provide a regular feedback and to be pro-active with regards to Customers’ needs in terms of support and sales
- Provide daily report to supervisor/manager-in-charge
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, any major and faculties
- English literate
- Detail oriented with excellent computer skills (i.e. MS Excel, Word, Adobe and Power Point)
- Good attitude towards team-oriented
- Good interpersonal and strong communication skill
- TOEFL/IELTS score submission will be an advantage
- Knowledge of export and import will be an advantage
- Willing to work in Lobam, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau
