FRONT OFFICE

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Serve and meet the need quests with professional and friendly
• Resposible for all activities in the front office
• Make Report to room check in and check out as well  as a reservation 
• Accept a reservation help show the room to visitor and carry out the registration
• Organizing a payment of visitors

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree / post graduate diploma / professional degree in hospitality / tourism / hotel management or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related fied is required for this position.
• Required skill : good communication in english both verbal and writen.
