Systems Engineer

Responsibilities :

Responsible for providing 2nd / 3rd level support to interTouch’s global network / sites,
Response to issue that escalate by Hotel, Global NOC or Global Call Center escalation,
Perform system audit when assigned, Assist in project when assigned, Deliver a five-stars class of service to the customer, and Assist in the Pre-Sales activities as well as Installation whenever required.

General requirements:


  • Age maximum 35,
  • Good written and verbal communication, both in English and Indonesia,
  • Minimum 2 year experience in the IT – System Engineer or Technical Support field,
  • Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Computer Engineering and Networking, Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with GPA. 7.50,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Highly outgoing and energetic, resourceful and motivated team player with analytical mind who has ability to work proactively both independently and in a team,
  • Willing to travel throughout Indonesia,
  • Have a broad knowledge on internet-based application,
  • Have a good understanding the first four of OSI model layer and its implementation
  • Have a good understanding on networking (routing, switching, gateway, etc), and able to demonstrate a good skills on building, maintaining, and troubleshooting LAN (wired and wireless) as well as WAN. Knowledge on networking device will be an advantage,
  • Have a deep familiarity on Windows Server, Lynux Centos and SQL-based application,
  • Have own vehicle
  • Preferred domicile in Bali
