Assistant Purchasing
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Assistant Purchasing is responsible to work with suppliers of materials, equipment and services to ensure the smooth operation of the factory. She is responsible to negotiate for the best price, shortest lead time and lowest minimum order quantity
- Practice Good Order Administration
- Process scrap disposal sale to vendor and apply for legal chemical disposition
- Update and maintain ISO procedures
- Source for best price, shortest lead times and minimum order quantities
- Ensure that vendors confirm receipt of Purchase Orders and commit delivery dates to our required dates for part availability
- Ensure that all the indirect materials that need to sub-out must follow procedure. While materials bring out, must have the Delivery Note of it
- Prepare Monthly Purchase Material report
Requirements :
- At least 1 Year Experience on purchasing.
- Minimum High school level or diploma
- Able to work independently & team work
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Indonesia
