Responsibilities :
- Management roles
- HR practices and legislations
- To establish and develop positive working relationships with local managers, confident, inspiring and possessing good people judgement
Job Requirements :
- A good first university degree, master degree holders are encouraged to apply
- Proven HR experiences in management roles in MNCs, preferably with at least 10 years in manufacturing environment, EMS industry will have a distinct advantage
- Well versed with Indonesian labour and industrial laws and prevailing HR practices and legislations
- Possess prior experience in dealing with union matters
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all level of staff
- Proven leadership and motivational capabilities while being a solid team player
- Self-motivated and dynamic individual with strong people-relations and influencing skills
- Strong command of English
- Possess initiative and drive
- Strong people orientation and the ability to establish and develop positive working relationships with local managers, confident, inspiring and possessing good people judgement
- Must fit into the corporate culture, driven, willing to embrace challenges, the ability to meet challenges, aggressive yet diplomatic in people management and comfortable with an open communication style
