ROD Designer
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Issue trial and official drawing for mass production
- Liase with customer (Input & Output)
- Create appearance design rod and packaging
Requirements:
- Maximum 35 years old and Degree holder (S1) in Graphics Design or Industry Design
- Experience in the same position or related at least 1 year
- Having knowledges for Material, Measurement, and Technical Drawing
- Have a good taste and sense for Design
- Creative, Initiative, Self motivated, Hard worker, Good attitude and Responsible person
- Proficient in Ms. Office, Ms. Outlook, Ms. Power Point, Auto CAD, SketchUp, Adobe Ilustrator, photoshop and relevant design software
- Good command in English both oral and written
Production Planning Control - Purchaser Officer
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Preparation, coordination and Liaise with overseas vendors for production process
- Checking and managing inventory movement efficiently in WIP and propose stock requirement
- Making Purchase Order (PO) & other procurement’s process including monitor of incoming material
- Looking for goods with the specification’s required
- Follow up shipment arrangement
- Managing product certification and import matters if needed
Requirements :
- Age maximum 25 years old and minimum Diploma holder in Engineering / Marketing and living in Batam
- Experience in the same position or related at least 2 years and fresh graduate are also welcome to apply
- Smart worker, possess strong analytical skill, good attitude and responsible person
- Proficient in Ms Office and familiar to do presentation
- Good command in English both oral and written and Mandarin will be advantage
Production Engineer

Requirements :
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Minimum Diploma holder in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial)
- Experience in the same position especially in manufacturing process and fresh graduate are also welcome to apply
- Have knowledge about process (process flow, line balancing), drawing (2D/3D), PLC and automation, troubleshooting will be an advantage
- Smart worker, possess strong analytical skill, good attitude and responsible person
- Initiative, adaptive, and willingness to learn
- Proficient in MS. Office, Engineering drawing skill (Auto CAD 2D or 3D) and familiar to do presentation

HR Assistant Manager
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
- Recruiting Staff and Employee benefit
- Planning and sometimes delivering training, including induction for new staff
- Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
- Administering payroll and maintain employee records
- Interpreting and advising on employment law
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree holder in any major, Preference from Phsychology, Law or Management
- Experience in HR Executive and Managerial level at least 10 years
- Having effective verbal, listening communication skills and counseling skills

Process Innovation Development Engineer
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Lead cross functional project team and support manufacturing processes
- Set-up and develop processes / machines, implement control and monitoring system
- New product approval for process sample / document submission
- Perform process troubleshooting and improvement
- Projects. Example : Cost reduction, machine / process capacity and efficiency etc.
- Conduct process testing and data analysis
- Perform machine improvement and implement preventive maintenance
Requirements :
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Minimum Diploma holder in Engineering (Industrial / Chemical / Mechanical)
- Experience in the same position especially in manufacturing process and fresh graduate are also welcome to apply
- Have knowledge about Machining and maintenance, CNC, Heat Treatment process, Plastic Injection molding, Tooling Design and Maintenance, Electroplating, Spray Painting, Pad Printing and Automation design for machine will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS. Office, Engineering drawing skill (Auto CAD 2D or 3D) and familiar to do presentation
- Good command in English both oral and written

HR Officer
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Manage of employee leave process and calculation of employee attendance / payroll
- Manage of Personnel administration and HR administration in term archiving
- Assist in the recruitment process
- Planning and sometimes delivering training, including induction for new staff
- Organize practical matters, general affair and administration
Requirements:
- Maximum 28 years old and Degree holder in any major, Preference from Phsychology , Law or Management
- Experience in the same field at least 1-2 years
- Having effective verbal, listening communication skills and presentation skills
- Smart worker, possess strong analytical skill, good attitude, responsible person, maintain standard of conduct and be consistent
- Proficient in MS. Office, Power Point and Ms. Office Outlook
- Good command in English both oral and written
