This role is a hands on position where you will be managing a small team or analysts as well as being hands on with building key relationships with clients and ensuring you and your team are providing accurate and actionable insights to support their business goals.

You’ll be working in a data-driven consultancy that transforms businesses by turning big social data into insights, strategy and ideas by solving the real problem.

You’ll enjoy this role if you are comfortable with ambiguities and resolving them if they block you & being curious about the possibilities you will find. You will have the chance to work creatively with innovative and brave brands who are looking at new and innovative ways to communicate with their customers and understand where their market is.

Candidates must have at least 5 years experience within a similar role or worked within a Social Media Agency or Strategy Consulting Firm / Management Consultancy.

Senior Data Analyst & Strategist 

Your Role

• Analyse multiple data sets to solve client challenges.
• Interpret clients requirements and devise a strategy.
• Identify opportunities & define the rile advocacy to clients through proposals.
• Upsell strategic work
• Use social media listening tools to identify insights.
• Recommended actions to clients through presentations.
• Improve & streamline reporting to clients

Team Management

• Manage a small team & freelancers
• Develop and coach your team
• Identify talent to solve the needs of the business

Key Skills
