Celebrity Fitness was founded in 2003 by fitness industry veterans John Franklin, Mike Anderson and J.J. Sweeney. It is helmed by CEO Martin Darby. Celebrity Fitness commenced operations in February 2004 with the opening of its flagship at EX in Jakarta, Indonesia. It has since expanded into Malaysia (where it acquired three clubs from direct competitor California Fitness in September 2009), India and Singapore. Personal Training Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the successful attainment of group target through the sale Personal Training packages and member retention
- Maintain a fully engaged and high-performing team that aligns with company goals and objectives
- Ensure that facilities and equipments are set-up safely for member use
- Ensure accurate handling and administration of Personal Training which include but not limited to client file and workout programs
- Conduct Personal Training sessions as necessary
ABSOLUTE ESSENTIALS:
- 2-3 years of management experience in the field of fitness, hospitality or retail which include experience in revenue generation and people management
- Proactive and has the ability to develop and train a highly motivated team of personal trainers
- Energetic, has a pleasant smile and loves dealing with people
- Must be physically fit
