HIS Finance Manager
What you will be doing:
• This role is responsible for financial leadership, reporting, analysis, planning and forecasting of business activities in 4 manufacturing/distribution sites, primary Batam as well as overlooking 3 additional small factories in Ballarat (Australia), Dingley( Australia) and Chonan (China)• Become Business Partner to support business growth and objectives by employing processes that enable business decision support, cost control, business development activity, technical support and enterprise risk management.
• Drive functional excellence: provide outstanding service delivery and quality; simplify, standardize, and automate the way we work.
• Maintain a robust control and compliance environment: US GAAP, Internal Controls, and SOX, local statutory compliance support
• Financial Partnering with Leadership of Site and Multi-Site grouping
• Participate in Site and Multi-Site Integrated supply chain decision making, factory transition projects,
• Provide financial support for direct material sourcing including productivity, make/buy analysis, core/noncore activities, labor, overhead productivity and efficiency
• Financial leadership for Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs), partner on Sales, Inventory & Operations planning, initiate and lead ad hoc financial analysis deep dives as requested
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial policies
• Financial Leadership for Reporting and Analysis of Financial Information for Site and Multi-Site Grouping
• Management reporting of Cost, Working Capital, Productivity, Capital, census, variance analysis, other metrics
• Ensure mechanism for matrixed reporting
• Financial Leadership for Planning and Forecasting for Site and Multi-Site Grouping Factories
• Coordination of Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasts, pulse, Strategic plans & SIOP
• Standard Work, Team Management, Procedures and Data Integrity
• Implement standard work in Finance to ensure the integrity of key performance information
• Employing a Shared center service model of directing increasing levels of reporting/analysis from the India Global finance center
• Communication with Site leaders & Management:
• Create robust Management operating system and effectively manage relationships, drive sustainable change. Provide project status, lead benefits & steering committees. Seek inputs and solicit information, organize data into compelling business case
• Discuss internal stakeholders interactions, planning, requirements, develop options & possible solutions, provide recommended a course of action incorporating right and fast and user experience elements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• University degree• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence internal & external stakeholders
• 5-8 years experience in financial control
• Proficient in internal processes
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
• Strong in business partnering, people leadership, mentoring and people management skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions impacting multiple functions
• Champion change
