Legal Officer
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Identify and monitor Genaral affairs and Legal activities
- Monitoring office facilities according to procedures
- Implementing and Monitoring Company’s registrations, permit and other legal documents
- Handle and monitoring any legal issues in accordance with Indonesia law and regulation
Requirements :
- Age maximum 30 years old;
- Held Bachelor Degree major in law with IPK 3.00;
- Graduated from well – known University would be an advantage;
- Have deep understanding about business & civil laws preferable;
- Fimilliar with legal Drafting & cooperate issue;
- Have minimum 2 years experience in Legal departement of business company would be a plus point;
- Fluent in english written & verbally;
- Have inisiative, quick learner, can adapt easily, and have ability to work under pressure, possess a great motivation, good integrity and diligent;
- Show a good communication & good analytical thinking;
- Have a ability to operate microsoft office properly.
- Will be based at Bintan Riau Island province.
