Data Assistant
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
We are looking for a passionate Data Assistant. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.
Data Assistant Job Duties:
Data assistant responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. Data assistant will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.Responsibilities :
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Maintain databases for various types of activities and functionalities to ensure the accuracy of data report
- Support data Manager by taking responsibility for create systematic report (Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly)
Minimum Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
- Willing to work in Tanjung Uncang, Batam
Additional Requirements:
- Good understanding in production process, industrial engineering, or data analyst
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision
