Head of Mining Engineering (Kepala Teknik Tambang)
Job Description:
- Ensuring that the site project as a whole moves towards realising the company’s vision.
- Being a leader of operation team by driving a culture of team work and great performance in order to ensure the continued growth.
- Preparing detailed business plans related to the designated and impelemented andesit mining site project.
- Ensuring mining operations are carried out in efficient and effective manner.
- Monitoring all mining activities such as the efficiency and effectiveness of heavy equipment hours, its operators assignment and using.
- Designing and developing systems and procedures to be applied by mining site project.
- Ensuring the implementation of Operational standart for the mining: Manage systems, Compliance and assurance systems, Reporting systems, Incident management systems, Record keeping systems, Risk and hazard assessment programs, Measurable indicators, and Regular internal auditing of systems.
- Ensure working environment by leading on the implementationof Health and Safety policy, systems and procedures.
- Manage all the cost, time, safety, environment and quality issues in site project.
- Identify all team that require on-going training and implement training opportunities to ensure their skills are improved.
- Handling conflict from external that lead to the reduced internal performance.
To be considered you will have the following qualifications and experience:
- 40 – 45 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as KTT in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Engineering - Mining.
- Experience in Mining speciafically in Andesit and having the certification of OHSAS, will be an advantage.
- Having leadership and managerial skills.
- Good character, competence and collaboration.
- Conceptual ability in developing strategy at an executive level.
- Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principle and practice, including scope, time, cost, quality, risk, human resources, communication, procurement and integration.
- Willing to be placed in Pasawaran, South Lampung
