Customer Service
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle for booking confirmation and booking forecast report
- Handle all inquiries from the customers
- Assist to sales team and branch manager
Requirements:
- Maximum age 28 years old
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in any related field
- Experience in shipping or freight forwarder is preferable
- Fluent in speaking and writing English
- Excellent interpersonal skill and a quick learner
- Computer literate
- Able to work under pressure and as one team (teamwork oriented)
