HR Business Partner
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Responsible to provide HR support to clients (management / line managers) and translate business needs into HR Strategies. Perform advisory / consulting roles to clients regarding Human Resources management to support business excellence.
- Analyze and modify HR practices to be harmonized with client business needs
- Facilitate total reward decisions Support salary review process for their clients
- Provide change management support for transformation initiatives
- Translate and implement global and local policies and ensure adherence to processes
- Proactively drive productivity agenda
- Support clients in their coaching and mentoring activities for their teams
- Play key support role in recruitment
- Perform talent assessment to Identify skill gaps
Requirements:
- University Degree
- 7 Years exposure in all HR spectrums, including 5 years in Multinational Company
