Heat Treatment Cold Process Supervisor
Job Description:
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.
- Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree of Metallurgical or Materials Engineering
- Experienced min. 3 years in OCTG company or Metal company
- Having good leadership & motivation skills
- Having strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities
- Having good written and verbal English communication skills
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2015, API Q1, API product specifications, ASTM for mechanical testing & NDT
- Familiar with continuous improvement tools, 6sigma, or similar methodologies
- Willing to work in Batam
