PT. INTERPAK INDUSTRIES BATAM was established legally on September 2001 and started its Operation Since October 2001 and currently occupies 9000 sq meters area for manufacturing, warehousing and office. We have more than 200 workforces and employees lead by Mr. Nurman Tan as an owner and director of the company.
Customer Service Staff
Responsibilities :
- Handling all Purchase Order (PO) from customer
- To communicate delivery schedule and delivery matter with customer.
- Update delivery schedule into the computer system
- Check availability of stock for urgent request.
- Prepare daily delivery schedule, Delivery Order & invoice.
- Active to monitoring stock in the system refer to customer requirement date
- Keep a good communication with planner to provide good servicing for customer
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma Holder in any majoring with minimum 1 year experience in the same position/and function in manufacturing company.
- Minimum Senior High School with minimum 5 years experience in the same position/ function in manufacturing company.
- Having good communications skill in English both oral and written.
- Having good personality, self starter, motivation, team work.
- Strong analytical skills.
