CV. BAHTERA TUAIAN GLOBAL dirintis oleh Ibu FX Vivi Febriany Wongso. Perusahaan ini telah berpengalaman bertahun – tahun. Namun baru pada tahun 1 Maret 2013 resmi menjadi CV. BAHTERA TUAIAN GLOBAL. Konsep awalnya adalah catering dan Toko Roti yang dipasarkan dengan cara berjualan keliling. Dalam perkembangannya CV. BAHTERA TUAIAN GLOBAL meningkatkan layanan dalam bentuk Bakery & Restaurant Dengan pengalaman yang matang, manajemen yang solid, dan semanagat inovasi, CV. BAHTERA TUAIAN GLOBAL berupaya memberikan pelayanan maksimal dengan kualitas cita rasa tinggi dipadu dengan dekorasi hidangan yang sesuai kebutuhan Anda.
BARISTA (Bartender)
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs..
- Sells coffees and coffee grinding and brewing equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines; demonstrating how brewing equipment operates.
- Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, expresso, expresso lungo, caffe latte, and cappuccino.
- Generates revenues by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products.
- Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar.
Requirement :
- Holding minimum senior high school or SMK.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Creative, discipline, hard worker, good attitude, willing to learn.
- Having a good motivation and interests with coffee & culinary fields.
- Able to maintain hygiene and sanitation inside and outside work area.
