Facility Coordinator - Batam based
Requirements:
- Maximum 37 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Dimploma 3 (D3), Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
- Good communication in English is mandatory
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Building/ Facility Management area.
- Have a knowledge about Building Equipment, such as, HVAC, BAS, PABX, Plumbing, Generator, etc.
- Good in Vendor Management
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Placement in Batam
Scope of Work:
- Report to Facility Manager
- Repair and maintenance of equipment, furniture, and fittings
- General tidiness and cleanliness of the facility
- Response to environment & safety issues as directed by the Facility Manager
- Maintain good relationship with vendors
