Maintenance Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Maintaining and servicing all machineries such like Injection molding machine, Generator, Air compressor, Cooling tower, Spray painting machine.
- Able to provide guidance to maintenance dept. member in conducting and performing their work, and have the ability to lead and improve effectiveness and efficiency within the dept.
- Responsible for facilities, maintenance, and smooth running of all equipment.
- Prepare and implement Total Preventive maintenance service schedule and procedure.
- New project, Vendor selection, Analyzing price, Advise management about technical information involving in new projects.
- Involved in recommending major capital purchase like new machine and Equipment.
- Prepare factory layouts and Emergency Escape Routes.
- Establish and maintain good safety equipment tool like fire extinguishers, hose reels and water tanks.
- Attend to machine breakdowns and make carry out repairs.
- Involve in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and Equipment.
- Ensure compliance to ISO 9001/ ISO 14000 / ISO 13485, Chemical Substance Control and Green Manufacturing Program.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly maintenance work for different equipment and machines in the factory.
Requirements:
- To succeed in this job role, the incumbent should possess:
- Degree or Diploma holder from recognized institution.
- Possessing high or low voltage and electrical insulation certificate - Advantages.
- 3 to 5 years experience in Plastic injection molding maintenance division.
