1.    Project Manager ( Site Operations)

Persyaratan

·         Male, age min. 33 years
·          Min. D3.
·         Experience in coal mining industry & experience as Project Manager min. 3 years.
·         Fluent in written and spoken English
·         Have leadership and good personality.
·          Able to give a presentation project progress and submit regular project report.
·         Willing to work hard and be willing to travel out of the area and willing to be placed anywhere within a  certain period.
·         Has commitment and high sense of the company, initiative, responsible, and honest.
·         Has sensitivity to the cost calculation.
·         Able to coordinate with good communication to customer, user and employee.
·         Able to handle multiple jobs in parallel.
·         Able to deal with problems and manage risk.
·         Innovative, fast learner, pro-active, meticulous and able to make decisions.

2.    Mine Planner

Persyaratan

·         Bachelor Degree from Mining Engineer/Geology.
·         Minimum of 5 years experience in Mine Planning.
·         Capability to operating Minescape or Surpac software.
·         Previous management and supervisory experience in coal mine production.
·         Prepared to work in remote areas.
·         Preferably held a "POP" Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
·         Strong commitment to safety and high professional standards of performance.
·         Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa

3.    Mining Supervisor

Persyaratan

·         Male, age min. 33 years
·         S1 Mining/Geology/Geodesi/Machine/Sipil
·         Min. 3 tahun experience in mining – operational/prodution company
·         Has certificate POP & First Class Blast
·         Has knowledge in the field of Heavy Equipment Maintenance, Fleet Management & Dewatering System
·         Having a Mine Supervisor certificate is preferred
·         Fluent in written and spoken English
·         Good Interpersonal & Managerial Skill
·         Good personality, resolute, adaptive, responsive, open minded, Integrity, balanced, ready to work in a team

Persyaratan

·         Male min. 20 years and max 30 years old,
·          Min STM Tambang, D3 Geodetic from reputable University,
·          Having minimum within 1‐2 years experience on civil construction & mining,
·         Able to communicate in English
·         Willing to work at mine site, and remote area
·         Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software

6.    HR Manager

Persyaratan

·         Superb communication skills honed in business partnering/advisory roles
·         HR experience on an ERP System is a plus
·         Previous experience in coal mining industry min 3 years
·         Examples of adding value as both an individual contributor and active team member
·         Experience of dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals
·         Ability to build rapport quickly with key members of the executive team.
·         Ability to represent the Human Resource function as part of the bigger business picture
·         Strong understanding of Indonesia employment law
·         A professional and commercial approach to HR, with the ability to deliver high employee satisfaction, appropriate development and reward for individuals
