Product Engineer (Product Development Assurance) – Batam
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Able to Coordinate and manage for new product project
- Knowing product specification and plan for developing
- Calculate and verify the product parameters are in accordance to the related standards
- Able to describe the Cost structure and analyze
- Able to overview “hidden factory” and manage to solve
- Able to built engineering team to support Production intern of New Product & Productivity
- Able to manage Subcont
- Monitoring product compliance to develop and improve the existing products base on the market demands
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma holder in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic)
- Strong leadership skill
- Experience in the same position or manufacturing company at least 1-2 years
- Smart worker, possess strong analytical skill, good attitude, good teamwork and responsible person
- Proficient in MS. Office, Engineering drawing skill (Auto CAD 2D or 3D) and familiar to do presentation
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written
