Responsibilities:
- Ensuring daily operational and administration activities at branch are well-managed
- Responsible for planning & monitoring annual budget, target vessel calling, how to achieve the target, and revenue achievement
- Exploring possibilities of new business
Requirements:
- Maximum 40 years old
- Experience in shipping agency, min. 5 years
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma degree or bachelor degree
- Fluently in English, both written and spoken
- Technical knowledge needed: shipping knowledge, customs/export-import, agency management, resource management, project management, cost control management, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, & OHSAS 18001
- Good planning, organizing, & negotiation skill, high achievement orientation, customer service & detail orientation, continuous improvement, good interpersonal relationship & leadership
- Strong analytical skill, sustainable in pressure, proactive and target oriented
- Computer literate
